Made it only 5 days a few years ago when i tried it and then had to go to a funeral, and broke it.  ugh. 		<description>Yeah i definitely stopped eating very much meat (red meat entirely.)  It&#039;s about health, it&#039;s about the environment, it&#039;s about the fact that i wouldn&#039;t actually kill the animals myself, but mostly, it&#039;s about the power of education in changing your behaviors.

I believe it is a sign of one of the highest forms of intelligence to be able to routinely seek information, process it, break bad habits, and incorporate good habits.  How simple does that sound?  But if you measure humanity against that yardstick, you&#039;ll probably find that you don&#039;t know very many adults at all.</description>

Keep it up man, you can break 10 days... then maybe 15, or 20 for good measure :P</description>

Only thing is, I am curious about amount of weight loss over time, and whether it is healthy.  Not sure about the pace, just watching the numbers here to find out.  Anyways, amazing that you can give up the red meat, as it does taste so good!  BUT, I am actually very impressed that you have such conviction to this diet(drinking salt water, lemon juice, syrup, pepper... is serious!).  It is good to see things going so well.
